Staff Nurse

Charmaine graduated in 2012 with a Diploma in Nursing from Nanyang Polytechnic. She then joined the Hand & Reconstructive Microsurgery Centre (HRMC) at the National University Hospital. She was the Infection Control Liaison Nurse at HRMC and has been a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

course instructor since 2014. She has been working with Dr. Tan and Dr. Sebastin at NUH and once again as part of the pioneering team atOrthopaedic and Hand Surgery Partners (OHP). Her favourite activities are swimming and jogging. Being a physically active person, she understands how injuries to the musculoskeletal system can affect daily activities that keep us in good health. It also brings along a deep sense of empathy towards the patients in their road to recovery. She derives great satisfaction in seeing her patients return to activities they enjoy. She is also a foodie and spends her free time exploring hawker centres across Singapore. Her motto is “Exercise  to Eat More!”.
