Normala Daud

She started as an Administrative Executive with the Raffles Medical Group (2004-2007) and received the Raffles Service Star Excellence Award twice. She then moved on to work at Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte Ltd. She was initially a Senior Patients’ Service Officer at Gleneagles Hospital (2008 –2010) and was then promoted to become the Doctors Liaison Officer at the Central Business Office, a position she held from 2011-2013. She then joined TCI cardiology Pte Ltd as an Administrative Executive of the clinic and served them till 2019. During this period, she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management (2016-2017) and a Master of Health Services Management (2018-2019) from Griffith University, Australia. She joined Orthopaedic and Hand Surgery Partners at the outset of the COVID-19 epidemic as our Clinic Manager and will bring her 18+ years of experience towards the care of our patients. She loves to travel to quiet places and feels that the most important part of her job is “Empathy and Care for Patients” .
